Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, cubed, 2.5 pounds
    Wild Rice Blend (wild rice and brown rice), 1 cup
    Vegetable Broth, 2 cup
    Chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Minced Garlic, .5 tablespoon
    Diced Tomatoes and Chiles, 14.5 oz can
    Sea Salt, .5 teaspoon
    Italian Seasoning, .5 teaspoon

Tips

I stir it once or twice to make sure all is cooked. Sometimes rice on top that isn't in liquid doesn't cook all the way.


Directions

Combine everything in crock pot. Mix it all together well. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
