Introduction

Tastes just like ground beef vegetable soup! Tastes just like ground beef vegetable soup!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 10oz package Publix frozen Mixed Vegetables
    28 0z. can diced tomates
    14.5 oz can tomato sauce
    2 small potatoes, diced
    3/4 cup dry whole wheat pasta (any kind)
    1 onion, diced
    3-4 cups water
    1/4-1/2 cup TVP

Directions

Boil water for TVP (according to directions) and pour over TVP.
Saute diced onion then add frozen vegetables and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add all other ingredients (including TVP) and bring to a boil.
Add seasonings (I use garlic salt, onion powder, pepper, and oregano)
Simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
