Introduction

Fresh and tasty Asian inspired Ginger & Seasame Vinegarette. Recipe will yield approximately 2 cups.
It's my go-to dressing for this summer! I really hope you enjoy this as much as I do! Remember to refrigerate and shake often as it's not meant to be emulsified :) Goes well with kale!

Ingredients

Equal parts of Oil to liquids:
    Oil part: 1 cup + 1tbsp
    1/3 cup Olive Oil
    1/3 cup Avocado Oil
    1/3 cup Grapeseed Oil
    1tbsp Pure Seasame Seed Oil

    Liquid part: 1 cup + 1 tbsp
    10 tbsp Rice Vinegar
4 tbsp Apple cider Vinegar (preferably raw)
3 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
    2 tbsp Filtered water

Seasoning part: My suggestions but, of course, please do experiment.
3 large cloves of fresh garlic
    4 inch piece of ginger
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Tips

If you're watching your intake of fats you can reduce the oil part by half.
*I like to use empty honey bottles that have a spout cap on them, so save all those honey bottles after you use them or any old salad dressing bottles but I rarely buy salad dressing from the store.

Directions

1. Remove garlic husks from cloves and with the wide flat side of the knife pulverize the garlic with a smash and then mince finely.
2. Peel skins from ginger and grate with a zester to finely mince ginger.
3. Add Ginger and Garlic to your choice of container.
4. Add Oil part.
5. Add liquid part.
6. Shake vigorously to incorporate flavours.
7. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
