Ingredients

    Jell-O Instant Vanilla Pudding
    Jell-O Gelatin (I used Island Pineapple)
    Crushed Pineapple (10 oz)- 1/2 can
    Light Whipped Topping
    1C. Boiling Water
    .5 C Cold Water

Tips

You could make this with any flavors you wanted. I chose Pineapple. The original recipe was for orange. I don't eat large portions of dessert, so I get more servings than other people.


Directions

Boil 1 C water and dissolve Jell-O Gelatin. Add .5C Cold water. Set 20 min in refrigerator. Whisk, adding vanilla pudding until smooth. Fold in Pineapple and Whipped Topping. Refrigerate until set.
