Ingredients

    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp melted
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)
    Milk, 1%,2 Tbl.
    *All Natural Stone Ground Yellow Corn Meal, .5 cup (remove)
    *All Purpose White Flour, .5 cup (remove)
    1 1/4 tsp Paprika,
    *GARLIC POWDER, 0.75 tsp (remove)
    **flounder filet, 32 oz (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 Butter 136 by 9 pan.
Combine milk and eggs.
Combine dry ingredients.
Dip filet in egg mixture and then in corn meal mixture.
Place in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper
