    1/4 of a fresh pineapple
    1/4 ripe papaya
    1 cup rice milk
    2 tblsp milk (2% nonfat)
    1 tblsp coconut mikl


Cut fruit into cubes add to blender/smoothie maker. Add liquids to blender/smoothie maker. Blend and enjoy!
