Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 egg white
1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
1 tablespoon oats
1 tablespoon wheat flour
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon semi sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Tips
Chocolate chips not added into calculation.
Cake may rise above rim of mug in microwave, but shouldn't spill over.
Directions
Mix all ingredients with fork in a bowl until smooth.
Pour into a mug sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave for 5 minutes.
Optional: Melt 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle on top!
