Introduction

Ingredients

    400g - Skinless, boneless chicken breast
    300g - Peeled white potatoes
    300g - Broccoli
    150g - Carrots
    200g - Frozen corn

Tips

To make it easier when serving this meal onto plates, use the chicken breasts to divide your steamer down the middle. All the measuring is done prior to steaming (besides the corn). Once the steaming is done, just dish it from the steamer to the plates.


Directions

Measure out your chicken breasts 200g each. Position them in your steamer so they divided it down the middle. Potatoes shouldn't be cubed too small. I'd say anywhere from 1 inch to 1 1/2 inches cubed. Measure out the potatoes and place 150g on each side of your breasts in the steamer. Measure out the carrots as well placing 75g on each side. Cover and steam for 20 minutes.

Measure and divide the broccoli 150g and 150g. After steaming the chicken, potatoes and carrots for 20 minutes, add the broccoli to each side and steam for another 5 minutes.

During this time, boil the frozen corn.

After steaming the broccoli, serve the chicken, potatoes, carrots, and broccoli onto 2 large plates leaving room for the corn. Divide the corn evenly 100g grams to each plate. You're done!
