Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    # Designer Whey Chocolate, 1 serving
    # Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) frozen
    # Raspberries, 1 cup frozen
    # Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    # *Splenda, 1 tsp
    # Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp
    plus 2-3 ice cubes

Directions

I peel & cut up a banana each night and freeze it in a freezer bag as the frozen banana and frozen raspberries make it thick and frosty! I blend it all up and than whip for about 30 second. Tastes like a milkshake!

I modified a bit. I accidentally peeled a FRESH banana first, but I made up for it by using my frosty glass. : ) And, since I didn't have just frozen raspberries, I used mixed berries. Yummy, but I don't think I used enough chocolate protein powder. It wasn't chocolatey enough for me. - 4/11/08
