Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 med potatoes boiled then mashed,
    2 broccoli florets boiled
    1 tin of pink salmon
    salt and pepper
    2 slices of bread whizzed into crumbs


Tips

Add more spices or seasoning to your own taste, serve with salad for a healthy meal


Directions

Mix it all together with a little of the beaten egg,
Mould with your hands into burger sized patties, then dip in egg then in to bread crumbs,
Bake in oven on med heat for 20-30 minutes turning every 5mins.
Alternatively you could fry in low cal spray oil,
