Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 small whole wheat pita
    1-2 tbsp of olive oil
    1 tsp of garlic, fresh or powder
    1 tbsp of shredded or grated romano cheese
    Shredded mozzarella or other pizza blend
    Any topping of your liking

Directions

Preheat oven to 425*
Lightly grease cookie sheet with olive oil
Spread olive oil evenly on pita
Sprinkle lightly with romano cheese and garlic
Add mozzarella to your liking and any pizza topping you desire
Bake at 425* for about 8-13 mins (oven times vary)
