Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1/4 c splenda
    2 T milted butter
    1/2 t vanilla
    1/2 t baking soda
    1/4 t sea sale
    1 T lemon Zest
    1 1/4 C almond Flour
    1/2 C fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions

Compine all incredients except blueberries. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into cupcake paper cups in muffin tin. Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
