Ingredients

    1 pound of frozen mixed vegetable
    1/3 of pound of frozen onions and pepper
    1 pound of beef chuck


    Spanish sauce
    1 750 ml ground tomato can
    500 ml veal stock
    2 tbsp red winw vinegar
    4 tpsp maple syrup
    salt and pepper to tast

Directions

Put de veggies in the crockpot set on hi for 30 min
put the meat on top

meanwhile
mix the sauce ingredients bring to boiled and reduce of half.
pour in the crockpot and les simmer for 1 hour and a half.
