Ingredients

40 oz breast meat diced into chunks
salt and pepper
1/4 cup onion flakes
1 Can cream of chicken
1 can cream of celerey
1 cup broth (veg or chicken)
4 oz velveeta
14 oz broccoli florets
16 oz frozen corn
6-8 medium red potatoes
1 can frenchs fried onions * Cheddar*
Tips
Spray with non-stick spray (underside of) foil before baking*
Directions
cook chicken and seasoning in skillet. Add soups, broth, velveeta, broccoli and corn, then stir and set aside
In extra large pyrex spray with non-stick spray,
and dice potatoes then season with salt and pepper. Add about 1/2 can of frenchs onions then top with chicken mixture. Add remaining Frenchs onions to top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45-60 min or until potatoes are cooked.
Serving Size: Makes about 12 servings about a cup each
