Ingredients

    1 large banana, chopped
    1/2 cup oatmeal (quick is good, chop if using regular oatmeal)
    1 tsp sweetener (optional)
    Vanilla extract
    Cinnamon (optional)

Tips

Add in raisins, chocolate chips and/or nuts for just a teensy bit more calories!


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet.
2. In a small bowl, mash banana. Add oatmeal, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix well.
3. Using a spoon, drop into eight cookies onto the cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until done.

Serving Size: Makes eight cookies. YES you can eat ALL EIGHT cookies!
