Ingredients

    1/4 c. Cider vinegar
    1 c. mayo
    1/3 c. honey
    2 tsp kosher salt
    1/4 c pulp free orange juice
    juice of 1/2 a lemon
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp fennel seeds
    1 medium cabage, cored and shredded
    1/2 pack of bacon fried crispy, then crumbled
    1 bunch scallions finely chopped
    1/2 c. finely chopped parsely (optional)
    4 apples, shredded

Tips

This slaw tastes better if you let it sit for an hour or so, even more so if left overnight.


Directions

Combine 1st 8 ingredients in a mason jar. Shake until combined. Best done if ingredients are at room temperature or the honey will be slow to disolve.

Combine the veggies, bacon and apples. Cover with dressing and toss to combine.
