Ingredients

    2 bananas
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 large egg
    3 cups rolled oats
    6 tbsp pb2
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/8 tsp salt
    4 packets stevia
    3 tbsp water

Feel free to add fruits or nuts


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Starting with wet ingredients, mix to combine. Add dry ingredients & mix to combine. If mixture is dry, add more water 1 tbsp at a time. If too runny, add more oats or pb2 one tbsp at a time. Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes. Great for a snack or breakfast!

    Flavor was ok but the texture is not really cookie-like, these have more like a cake-like moistness- even after baking for extra time hoping for more crispiness - 1/24/21
