Ingredients

    2 servings yogurt, light or fat free-whatever flavor works with the fruit you have.
    1 cup of fresh or frozen fruit, ie strawberries, peaches,mangos,whatever is in season
    1 cup of flavored non calorie beverage in a flavor that mixes well.

Tips

some of my favorite combos:
peach-mango yogurt with peaches or mangos, and mango beverage.
Creamsicle yogurt with orange juice and orange zest


Directions

Throw everything in the blender, liquify, pour into molds. freeze

Serving Size: makes 12 popsicles with standard size molds
