    2 Whole bell peppers, diced
    2 11.5 oz cans Campbell's tomato juice
    3 15 oz Eden organic adzuki beans
    4 14.5 oz cans Hunt's diced tomatoes
    1 Qt. Kitchen Basics chicken stock
    1 cup uncooked jasmine rice

Directions

Brown turkey in oil. Add diced peppers and cook until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until rice is cooked.
