Ingredients

    2 slices of nature's own whole wheat bread
    3/4 cups of liquid egg whites
    1 slice of Kraft fat free American cheese
    1/2 of a medium avacado

Tips

You can reduce the amount of eggs cheese and or avacado for calorie intake. you can have the bread not toasted. I sprinkle a little garlic salt on the avacado which you do not have to .
*** You can reduce the sodium by not adding any salt.


Directions

pre heat a small skillet pan with cooking spray
pour in egg white
season the egg white with sea salt and pepper
let the eggs sit until the edges start to turn white then
continue to stir the eggs until fully cooked
Meanwhile cut up the avacado
toast the bread in the toaster
Then assemble the sandwhich together.
