Ingredients

    2 cups chopped carrots
    2 cups chopped celery
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 tbs chopped garlic
    2 cups chopped kale
    1 tbs chicken boullion
    2 cups home made chicken stock
    1 1/2 cups chopped chicken
    water 8 cups

Tips

I make after roasting chicken in the slow cooker and use the broth from boiling the bones etc when done. Add Amish low sodium bullion and other seasonings to taste.


Directions

Toss everything but meat in a pot and simmer until done, add meat and eat!

Serving Size: 8 large servings of very thick soup/stew
