Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2med onion diced
    1 can low sodium green beans
    1med Apple diced
    2tbs rice vinegar low sodium n sugar
    1tsp olive oil
    1tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
    1tsp Mrs. Dash table blend

Directions

Drain beans, place in med bowl with lid. Add chopped apple and onion. Pour vinegar and oil over top. Add Mrs. Dash spices. Stir well. Place top on bowl, makes sure sealed tight, shake and rotate bowl to coat all of the ingredients. Place in refrigerator at least 1 hour or until ready to eat
