Ingredients

    4 C broccoli, tops only
    1 C mushrooms
    1/2 C green onions
    1 T finely minced fresh giner
    soy sauce
    unagi sauce (optional)
    sesame seeds
    1 T sesame oil
    1 T vegetable oil

Directions

Heat wok or frying pan. Add broccoli and stir for 2 min. Add fresh ginger. Add mushrooms and onions. Continue to stir for 2-3 minutes or until broccoli begins to soften but is still very green and al dente.
Add soy sauce. Just before removing from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds
