    *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 2/3 cup in 1 1/3 cup water
    Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry) 2/3 cup
    Annie's Worcestershire Sauce, 1Tbsp,
    Paprika, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    *Cumin ground, 1 tsp
    *Carrot, raw 7" x 1-1/4 (78g), 2 or 2 cups fine grated
    *Gluten Free Flour Blend Namaste foods 1/4 cup
    chia seed 1 tbsp.
    protein powder 22 gr

Tips

soak beans 12 hours, sprout 2 days, cook with fennel seed in bag, and 1 " piece kombu. boil, skim, and cook rapid for 20 min, cover and cook on low, add 1 tbsp. vinegar last 15 minutes, to reduce intestinal gas

cook quinoa mix all in food processor, form into 9 patties.
fry oil free on hot cast iron skillet
