Ingredients

    350 g Soyganic organic tofu
    1/2 C. low fat mayonnaise - I used Hellman's
    1 medium celery stalk chopped
    2 green onions
    2 tbs fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp turmeric
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

combine all ingredients together and mix in a medium bowl.
serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days
