Olive Oil Drizzle - 1 Tbsp
Kosher salt and pepper To taste
Slap Your Mama seasoning (Cajun seasoning comparable to Old Bay) To taste

Tips
The original recipe says to bake for approximately 15 minutes but it can take up to 40 depending on your oven and how crispy you like them.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line large cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with No-Stick spray.
Slice squash in 1/4" slices.
Put in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper. Lightly sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. This is very hot so be careful you don't put too much unless you like heat. Toss to coat.
Place squash slices in single layer on prepared cookie sheet.
Place in preheated oven and let roast until edges are slightly brown and tender (tender means you are able to cut with a fork). Cook time can vary. If you prefer more crisp then keep them in longer. Watch closely towards end of baking time because they can quickly become burned.
