    4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    1/3 cup Lemon Juice
    1/2 cup Butter, melted
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black
    Seasoning salt (optional)


Put the chicken in the lemon/butter marinade for at least 3 hours for a nice lemony taste and soft chicken. Great over rice with some of the lemon marinade on top.


1. Combine lemon juice, butter, garlic power, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Cover all chicken breasts with seasoning salt for taste (optional).
3. Put chicken in a baking dish (size does not matter).
4. Pour marinade over chicken, let sit for 3 or more hours (optional).
5. Heat oven to 350 degrees and cook for 1 hour, basting chicken often.
