Ingredients

1 1/2 c coaresly ground cooked chicken (or 1 can of chunk chicken breast in water, drained)
1 can(10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup, divided
    1 green onion, thinly sliced
    6 slices boiled ham
    2 c cooked rice
1/4 c sour cream or yogurt
    1/4 c milk
    1/2 c shredded Swiss cheese
    Paprika (optional)

Tips

Prepare rice first! What I end up doing is as the rice is cooking I usually have time to get everything all together so I'm not waiting.

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, 1/3c soup, and onion. Spoon 1/4c chicken mixture on each ham slice and roll up. Secure with wooden toothpick, if necessary. Spread cooked rice in shallow 1 1/2q microwave safe dish (i use and 8x8 dish). Place roll-ups on top of rice. Mix remaining soup with sour cream and milk. Pour over ham rolls. Cook on HI 8 to 9 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
