Introduction

Instead of potatoes we are using rice and not a lot of salt in this either! Instead of potatoes we are using rice and not a lot of salt in this either!

Ingredients

    Corn starch 2tbs
    2 cups brown rice
    1lb beef stew meat
    1 32 oz chicken broth
    1 32 oz mixed vegetables
    1 can diced tomatoes

Directions

Coil rice on stove and add everything to crock pot! The corn starch will thicken the soup

Serving Size: Makes 10 cups of soup
