Ingredients

1.5 C Pumpkin puree
5 T egg beaters (equivalent of 3 eggs)
.75 C splenda
.75 C 1% milk
.25 C skim milk powder
2 t pumpkin pie spice
1 dash salt
Tips
If desired top with a spoonful of Cool Whip Light.
Refrigerate left over pie.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine pumpkin, egg and sugar.
Add skim milk powder to milk and whisk until completely dissolved.
Pour into pumpkin mixture.
Stir in pie spice and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into pie plate lightly sprayed with Pam.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until pie is set.
Let cool and enjoy.
