    1 head of califlower
    1 clove minced garlic clove, optional
    4 tsp soy free vegenaise
    4 cups spinach

Tips

To make it look more festive add tomato slices.


Directions

in a medium pot place water, cauliflower, and spinach. Bring water boil. Allow to boil 6 minutes or until cauliflower and spinach are tender.

Drain veggies. In a medium size bowl add vegenaise and minced garlic,optional,. Mash and blend will with masher.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
