Ingredients

    6oz Cooked Shrimp (about 16 large shrimp)
    1/4 cup Sliced Carrots - cut up like matchstix
    1/3 cup Bean Sprouts
    1/2 cup Snow Peas (in pod, fresh)
    1/2 cup Sliced Mushrooms
    1/2 cup Sliced Onion
    3/4 cup Basmati or Jasmine Rice
    1 cup Brown Rice
    6 Tbsp Sesame Garlic Sauce (Iron Chef Brand)

Directions

Marinate thawed shrimp in Sesame Garlic Sauce for a minimum of 30 minutes. While shrimp are marinating, prepare vegetables.

After sufficient time has passed for shimp to marinate, begin preparing rice as directed.

When rice has only about 8 minutes left to cook, heat wok or skillet to medium heat and add 1/2 Tbsp of olive oil. Add all vegetables. Cook until onions become transparent. Push vegetables to the side. Add shimp and sauce and cook until shimp are heated through - approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Gently mix shimp and vegetables. Serve hot over rice.
