Introduction

Ingredients

    4 Frozen Waffles
    4 Slices thick cut bacon
    2 eggs
    2 slices swiss cheese
    1 tablespoon dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon real maple syrup

Directions

Cook bacon and drain on paper towels. Toast waffles. Mix dijon and maple syrup and microwave for 20-30 seconds until warm. Fry one egg until whites are almost set. Break and spread the yolk a little, flip egg, and top with swiss cheese slice. Lower heat and cover pan for about one minute for cheese to melt. Spread half the dijon mixture onto waffles. Make a sandwich by layering 2 slices bacon, egg and cheese between two waffles. Repeat with remaining ingedients.

Serving Size: makes 2 waffle sandwiches
