Ingredients

1.5 lb venison backstrap (or sirloin tip steak)
0.5 tsp seasoned salt
0.25 tsp pepper
1 tbs vegetable oil
3 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
1.5 c sliced carrots
1 med onion sliced
14oz diced tomatoes-italian style
12oz jar home-style beef gravy
Directions
Cut steak into 6 equal pieces. Flatten/pound to 1/4 inch thickness. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Brown beef in a large sprayed skillet in oil. Layer potatoes, carrots, beef and onions in a slow cooker. Combine tomatoes and gravy, pour over top. Cover and cook 5-6 hours on low or until meat is tender.
