Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 medium bananas
    2 Cups of ice
    2/3 Cup (6oz+/-) Greek yogurt(plain, vanilla, or honey)
    1/2 Cup oatmeal(cooked)
    1/3 Cup almonds (sliced, halves, or whole)

Tips

I prefer frozen bananas. It makes the shake thicker.


Directions

Pour all ingredients in blender pouring ice in last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smoothie thickens.

Serving Size: makes 1 breakfast shake
