Ingredients

    1 T lime juice
    2 T sugar
    1/4 C canola oil
    2 T apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp toasted sesame oil
    1 pkg ramen noodles
    6 cups Napa cabbage, sliced into thin ribbons
    4 scallions, diced
    1 cup sliced radish

    Mix first four ingredients together. Meanwhile, toast ramen in sesame oil in skillet. Let cool. Toss together vegetales in large bowl. Add dressing and ramen; mix well.

Tips

It should actually be 1 Tablespoon of lime juice, or to taste.


Directions

Mix together all ingredients except ramen and sesame oil. {can mix up dressing first, toss after veggies are in bowl}. Toast ramen in skillet with sesame oil [add peanuts if desired]. Let cool. Add to slaw. Toss well. Goes great with flank steak.

Serving Size: Makes 10 3/4-cup servings
