Ingredients

1 bag Frozen Hash Browns
2 (14oz) cans Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1 tbsp Parsley, dried
2 tsp Garlic Salt (or Garlic Powder)
1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
1/3 tsp Black Pepper
8oz block Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
Tips
Play with the seasoning to your tastes! We also thought that the soup was better the next day, after it sat in the fridge overnight - it was thicker with more flavor.
Directions
1. Combine the frozen hash browns, chicken broth, cream of chicken condensed soup, onion, and seasonings in your crockpot.
2. Cook on Low for 5 hours.
3. Stir in the cream cheese. Continue to cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
