Introduction

Just a little salad dressing I whipped up, because I am bored with plain vinegar and oil. I found it so good, I almost licked my bowl clean (but then again, I am coming off of a 5-day juicing detox, so everything tastes better!) Ingredients

    1/2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 tbsp. Pure Natural Honey
    2-3 dashes Salt & Pepper

Tips

If you find it too sweet, reduce the amount of honey.

I know there are fat-free and low calorie salad dressings that I can just go out and buy, but I am trying to avoid processed foods and sticking to a paleo-friendly diet. Balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and honey are all found on the Periodic Table of Paleo Food Staples which I printed from OurPaleoLife.com.


Directions

Just mix the ingredients together (I have a Pampered Chef manual salad dressing mixer) and pour over your favourite salad.

Serving Size: Depends on the size of your salad. I made a large salad and used it all! :P
