    Chicken broth/stock-7 cups
    Chicken breast-1lb
    Celery-1 large stalk chopped
    Carrots-2 medium chopped
    Onion-1 medium chopped
    2 bay leaves
    Lemon pepper seasoning-1 tsp
    Garlic powder-1 tsp
    Onion powder- 1/2 tsp
    Cumin-1/2 tsp
    White rice-3/4 cup
    Self rising flour- 1/4 cup
    Skim milk-1/2 cup


This is a Crockpot recipe. The cooking time is 8 hours. Add all but the last three ingredients and cook. Half way through cooking time add rice. 30 minutes before end of cooking time take out chicken and shred. Add chicken back to soup. Mix flour and milk well in a separate container and then add to soup. Let cook for 30 more minutes to let thicken.
