    6 c chopped kale
    1 c shelled edamame
    1 c cherry tomatoes
    1 c blueberries
    1/2 c dried cranberries
    1 c chopped cashews
    1/2 c sunflower seeds, unsalted

Directions

Combine all ingredients and toss. Serve with light raspberry vinaigrette if desired.
