Ingredients

    1 Whole wheat English muffin
    7.5 tbsp. liquid egg whites
    1/4 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    1 serving (1 slice) Butterball turkey bacon (65% less fat)
    I slice of tomato

Tips

Add chopped scallions or switch for Canadian bacon instead of turkey bacon.


Directions

Toast English muffin if desired. Combine egg whites with shredded cheese and cook until done. Prepare turkey bacon to the crispness level you enjoy and cut in half. Assemble sandwich by placing egg and cheese on bottom slice of muffin, top with slices of turkey bacon and tomato to finish sandwich.
