Ingredients

    93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 3.5 cup
    Bush's Chili Beans, 2 cup
    Beans, black, 2 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cup
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 7.5 tsp
    *Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Seasoning Packet (DRY ONLY), 1.25 oz
    *Rotel Tomatoes Orgininal Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, 2 cup

Tips

Can be frozen and saved for future meals.


Directions

Brown the garlic, onion, and ground beef. While browning, drain and rinse the beans and corn. Empty the tomatoes into the crock pot with the can's liquid. Then put the drained beans and corn into the crock pot. Add the dry seasoning then stir together. Once beef is cooked through, add it to the crock pot. Heat on high for three to four fours.
