Introduction

Ingredients

    1 26 oz jar prego sauce (any will do)
    water (jar full)
    1 16 oz box penne pasta
    2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

Directions

Use 13x9" pan (I use glass). Pour entire jar of sauce in, one jar of water, and strir, add pasta. Stir till mixed well. Cover pan with foil. Cook at 400 for 45 min. ("Plus" pasta takes a bit longer to cook, so use your own preference on doneness.)
Remove foil, cover with mozarella, place back in over for 5 min to melt and brown cheese.
