    1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese (or a little more)
    1/2 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    5 Stevia or sweetener of choice to taste
    1/2 cup Pumpkin (canned) (or a little more)
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
    2 oz fat free cream cheese
    1/3 cup fat free greek vanilla yogurt
    2 tbsp torani sugar free pumpkin syrup (or caramel/cinnamon/cheesecake)
    1 tbsp plain fat free greek yogurt
    1 reduced fat graham cracker (optional)

    1/8 cup skim milk
    1/8 cup almond milk
    1.5 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
    1/8-1/4 cup mashed banana
    whipped cream


1. blend cottage cheese until almost smooth (or to preference)

2. add next 5 ingredients (up to pumpkin spice) and blend until smooth

3. pour into ice cream maker and churn for about 10-15 minutes

4. combine cream cheese, vanilla yogurt, torani, and plain greek yogurt in blender and pulse until smooth

5. pour additional mixture into ice cream maker and churn for 10-15 more minutes

optional: add 1 crushed graham cracker to ice cream maker 5 minutes before finished
