Introduction
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a 12 cup standard muffin tin with paper liners or spray with oil; set aside.In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a large glass measuring bowl, whisk together yogurt, butter, eggs, vanilla, and orange zest.
Pour mixture over dry ingredients and stir using a rubber spatula just until moist. Add raspberries and gently toss to combine.
Scoop the batter into muffin tins. 3/4 full and sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
Place in the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and place on wire rack.

1 c. plain yogurt (greek or normal)
1/4 c. unsalted butter

Zest of 1 orange
1 c. raspberries (frozen or fresh)
Turbinado sugar, for sprinkling
Tips
If you don't have Turbinado sugar, using regular works well too. :)
