Bread, french or vienna (includes sourdough), 6 oz, cubed
Philadelphia Light cream cheese, one 8-oz package
Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 6 large
Milk, nonfat, 4 cup
Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
Lite Maple flavored Syrup, 1/4 cup
Directions
Spray a 13x9 pan with cooking spray. Place half of bread cubes in bottom of pan.
Cut cream cheese into cubes and place over bread. Top with bananas, sliced, and remaining bread cubes.
In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, sugar, syrup and cinnamon. Mix well and pour over bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 25-30 minutes longer or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
