2 cans diced tomatoes (chili style work well)
1 cup tomato sauce
1 can red kidney beans
Directions
brown turkey
mix all ingredients in crock pot and add seasoning such as chili powder, paprika, cayanne pepper to your taste
cook on low for 8-10 hours
serve with cheese, sour cream, or over rice.

Super simple! I looked at a bunch of recipes last week so I could use what I had in my pantry, made this last week so I would have something easy to grab in the fridge and put it in omelets, took it for lunch and dinner; loved it! I'm making a double batch today for this week and weekend! - 12/14/11
