Ingredients

    1 3/4 lbs snapper fillets, trimmed
    1 small bag white pearl onions, trimmed & peeled
    1 bottle Lemon Pepper marinade
    4 Tbsp lemon juice
    4 Tbsp capers, drained
    3 Tbsp minced garlic
    1 1/2 cups water

Tips

I used a 5-qt crock for this recipe


Directions

Cut up and trim snapper into small pieces. Trim and peel pearl onions. Place in crock. Add lemon pepper marinade, lemon juice, capers, and water. If you want a mellow garlic flavor, add garlic now. If you want a stronger garlic flavor, reserve and add about an hour before the end of the cooking time. Stir. Cook on LOW for about 8 hours or overnight.

Serving Size: makes 6 1-cup servings
