Ingredients

    Frozen Mixed Berries (1 Cup)
    Orange Juice (8 oz)
    Any type of yogurt. I prefer Greek Yogurt (6 oz)
    Honey (2 Tbsp) or 1 packet of Splenda
    1/2 - 1 cup of ice cubes
    Flax Meal - optional (1 Tbsp)
    Cinnamon (optional)
    Nutmeg (optional)

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

I put the smoothie in a fine mesh sieve over a bowl or large measuring cup to drain the blackberry seeds. Makes the smoothie smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 2, I-cup servings
