Ingredients

    1 can chicken broth
    3/4 cup basmati rice
    4 baby shredded carrots
    dash of salt
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp chives
    1 tbsp parsley
    1 tbsp dried onion

Directions

boil chicken broth. add remaining ingredients. simmer for 30 minutes with pan covered. add more water if necessary.

    Very Good
    I had to use frozen carrots and onion powder instead of flakes but it still tasted great. I added a lot more salt too. - 7/15/07
